✨ Recapping Updates and Looking Ahead

While not without a few frustrations, the platform update earlier this month supports SextPanther’s significant platform growth from its humble beginnings. 🌱💐

📈 Site activity has increased so much over the past few years that it’s necessary to separate how models and users access the site. You may have noticed that when you log in to your Model Dashboard now, the URL begins with “model.” This is like how Google Maps lives on maps.google.com instead of google.com/maps. Creating this separation is one step toward optimizing site speed and smooth operation.

It’s also what temporarily prevented models from viewing the Explore page and model profile feeds when logged in as a model. Additionally, some models reported being unable to open the TextPanther app. Both of these issues have been fixed. 👷While the development team currently prioritizes optimizing upload speeds and stabilizing video calls, another part of the team dedicates time to improving existing features and building new ones.

Should you experience any technical difficulties while using SextPanther, please email models@sextpanther.com (or use the Contact form in the Help tab). 📨 While Model Support may not be able to provide an immediate solution to every problem, they will help you troubleshoot as much as possible and then collect and share the details of your experience with the development team responsible for fixing bugs. 🐛

We all have the same goal: A fast, smooth, bug-free site that both models and users can rely on for all their communication and content needs. 🤝


🪄 Demystifying Mass Messages

July’s coaching session was all about Mass Messages (MMs). In case you missed it, we’ve got some takeaways to share.

Getting the most out of MMs on SextPanther may require a mindset shift. Remember that SP caters to a more intimate, individualized experience than other platforms. Though MMs and DMs appear exactly alike to users, users are sometimes savvier than we think 😜 and may read into when you sent a message (were they online?), how you wrote the text, and how you priced any media.

As such, think about MMs primarily as an engagement tool. MMs work best when they’re part of your overall strategy to connect with users and lead them in the direction you want them to spend. There are a few tactics you can try:

🗣️ Announcements. Simultaneously inform all your users of something special or different happening. For example, if you’re doing a collab, send an MM ahead of time to excite your users and encourage them to request customs or calls. Then when it’s happening, remind them to take advantage of this limited-time opportunity they don’t want to miss!

💬 Conversation. Spark an exchange by asking a question or providing a prompt. Though you’re messaging multiple people, avoid overly generic lines and consider writing as if you’re talking directly to one user—these approaches can help lend a personal feel that encourages users to respond.

💲 Sales. Use your MMs for teasers or inexpensive media, and save your best, most expensive content for the DMs. You can lure users in with a cheap, short clip or semi-spicy pic, and then get them talking or unlocking even more. (See below for the Art of the Upsell.) MMs priced $5 or less are more often unlocked than pricier ones.

Regardless of the tactics you choose, your MMs should have a “call to action” that tells users—directly or subtly—what you want them to do.


💰 The Art of the Upsell

Want to increase your income without feeling like a salesperson? Here’s how to upsell naturally, stay in the vibe, and still make it sexy!

💖 Think “experience”—not “sales.”

You’re not pushing; you’re inviting them into something deeper. You’re tapping into their desires and guiding them on a journey, creating a bond—even a temporary one—that keeps them engaged with you. When the offer feels fun, exciting, and personal, they’re way more likely to tip or unlock without hesitation.

👀 Take the hint.

Keep in mind many users don’t ask directly, they hint—and that’s where you elegantly guide them where you want this interaction to go. For example, if they ask what you’re wearing, that’s an invitation to send a live, locked photo. Send a text along with it to entice them to unlock.

😏 Keep it in the mood.

Don’t kill the moment with flat price talk. Instead, make it part of the play: “You want more? Mmm… it'll cost you.” If they ask directly about prices, answer but maintain the mood or flirtation: “I’d love to slowly slide these silky stockings up my long legs. Slip me a $X tip, and you can stare all you want.”

🌶️ Plant the seed.

After a good convo or call, tease what else you offer or something you’re looking forward to: “Ooooo now that I know you love red, I have the perfect outfit for next time 👀” This gives them a reason to keep coming back to you.

💎 Stay true to your vibe.

Whether you’re soft and sweet or bold and bratty, upsell in your voice. Users connect with you, not a script.

🍦Cream for a Cause—Get Messy, Give Back! 🍍

The Cream Pie Challenge is Pineapple Support’s playful, slightly naughty take on the viral Ice Bucket Challenge (if y’all remember that)—but with whipped cream! 😋 Funds raised will go directly to mental health support for adult industry professionals, including free therapy, emotional support, coaching, and wellness initiatives provided by Pineapple Support.

📣 Pineapple Support is calling on content creators, performers, and allies to participate starting August 1. Just follow these steps:
