How do I get the app?
On your mobile phone, go to textpanther.com and follow the instructions to install on iOS or Android. If you’re on iOS, you’ll be prompted to first install TestFlight from the App Store. Once you’ve installed TextPanther, ensure you turn on notifications, because you 🎶”don’t wanna miss a thing” 🎶.

What features are available on the app?
As Stefon would say, “this app has everything.” Exchange messages (text and media), directly record video and audio, send mass messages, post to your profile feed and Explore, take phone and video calls, change your availability, and more. You’ll want to visit your account on a browser for the more administrative stuff, such as tracking your earnings, updating your profile, and viewing reports.
Do I have to take phone calls?
No! You can opt out of taking phone calls by going to the Pricing page of your account (from a browser) and selecting No for this question: “Do you want to accept phone calls?”
Alternatively, you can select Yes and then only turn on your phone call availability when you’re ready to take phone calls (and remember to turn it off when you’re unavailable).
Do I have to take video calls?
No! You can opt out of taking video calls by going to the Pricing page of your account and selecting No for this question: “Do you want to accept video calls?”

How much is each credit worth?
It’s simple. 1 credit = $1.00 USD. No fancy math needed to figure it out.
What are the payouts?
60% for text and media messages
Example: If your text messages are set at $1.25, you earn 75 cents for each text message you receive from a user. $1.25 x .60 = $0.75.
75% for phone calls, video calls, and feed posts
Example: If your video calls are $5 per minute and your minimum call time is 3 minutes, then a 2 minute 13 second call earns you $11.25. ($5 x 3) x .75 = $11.25. You earn your minimum for a call that connects even if the user ends the call before your minimum call time. If the call is 6 minutes, you would earn $22.50. ($5 x 6) x .75 = $22.50.
80% for tips
Example: If a user tips you $15 for a custom, you earn $12. $15 x .80 = $12.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, $50.00. Earnings in a pay period below $50 will roll over into the next pay period until you reach the minimum $50. If you’re a US model, you also need to submit a W9 before you can receive a payout.
When are the pay periods?
There are two pay periods per month: from the 1st through the 15th and from the 16th through the last day of the month.
When do I get paid?
Payments are sent by check or direct deposit 3–5 days after the end of each pay period.
Is there a fee to process payouts?
No. All payout options are FREE. Why would we make you pay to get paid?!
Can I receive payouts payable to my business?
Yes, we can make payments (direct deposit or check) to business accounts as long as we have a valid W9 on file that matches the payable name.
Why do I need to send in a W9?
For tax purposes, US models need to submit a W9 so that we generate a 1099-NEC. This form is necessary to properly file your taxes as well as ours. Payments will not be sent out to any models without a valid W9 on file.
Does SextPanther have a referral program?
It does! On your Model Dashboard, you have a unique referral link to share. You get a $100 bonus payment once they are approved and earn $100.
Can I promote my personal website and other services on SextPanther?
Your profile includes a space for links (e.g., Twitter, Instagram). Please see the Code of Conduct for more details. You cannot promote services on other chat apps or chat-based platforms, including but not limited to Skype and Snapchat.
Can I sell custom videos through SextPanther?
Yes, you can! Just collect details of what the fan would like in the video and have him tip the proper amount BEFORE making the video.
