Sunshine Wellness Care’s mission is to make mental-health support accessible, stigma-free, and truly relevant to adult-industry workers. By creating confidential, sex-worker affirming spaces and delivering evidence-based tools, the founder Christina works to brighten lives, prevent crisis, and build a healthier, more connected adult-industry community—one conversation at a time.
Services
SextPanther-Sponsored Support Groups
Held twice per month, each support group will be themed around a specific topic. In creating a safe space, Christina will facilitate attendees sharing their experiences on the topic at hand. Through a counselor-led discussion, attendees can offer each other support, encouragement, and comfort. Christina can provide practical and constructive tools for coping and management.

Wellness Checks
Christina offers 15-, 30-, and 60-minute wellness checks during which she assesses and supports your mental well-being. By facilitating a conversation about your mood, thoughts, and behaviors, she can help identify potential issues and provide resources and tools to manage challenges. Sometimes we all just need someone neutral to talk to! Christina is licensed in the state of Florida to provide mental health diagnoses.

Coaching
Christina offers 60-minute coaching sessions during which she assesses your current state of mind, including any mental health challenges you may be facing. She will help you set goals, identify blockers, and develop a plan for progress. Through these sessions, Christina can act as a strategic partner, holding you accountable and empowering you in your self-identified journey. Christina is licensed in the state of Florida to provide mental health diagnoses.

About Christina
Christina has spent more than two decades in the adult industry—as an award-winning actor, director, feature dancer, webcam model, and phone sex operator—so she understands firsthand both its opportunities and pressures. After witnessing how substance use, trauma, relationship strain, and other mental-health challenges affect creators and their families, she decided to give back in the most meaningful way she could: becoming a mental health professional.
She earned a B.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, completed an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with Qualified-Supervisor status. That blend of insider empathy and clinical training now guides everything she does.
Her mission is to help sex workers and other adult-industry professionals move beyond anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, and co-occurring challenges so they can thrive in all facets of their lives. She focuses on strengthening communication, coping skills, and relational health while offering the empathy, hope, and practical tools you need to build lasting resilience.
