SP from the User Perspective

On November 18, 2025, we took a tour of the user side of the platform to get a sense of how users experience the site. 👇 Here are a few takeaways:

• By staying recently active (e.g., by messaging), you’ll be more visible on discovery pages and to users who already have you as a contact.

• Users first impression of you is most often through your main profile picture.

• Posting to Explore with hashtags gives users a chance to find you through your content. Users who already have you as a contact will see your post in a curated feed of the models they follow.

• Once they add you as a contact, users can scroll through your entire feed in a tab right next to their messages with you, so…

  • Clear out old content to avoid giving them an endless scroll. (Your overall like count doesn’t change when you delete.)

  • Intersperse locked content with free posts to give them more opportunities to purchase.

  • Avoid posting free nudity and explicit content.
