Third-Party Account Management Policy
As a company, we feel that the industry as a whole has reached a point where we must restate our company policies on third-party account management services. Though SextPanther has never supported the use of chatters or agencies running a model’s account, it’s important to reaffirm that third-party account managers have no place on SextPanther. Accounts found to be in violation of our policies (clarified in the “Code of Conduct Update” section below) will be contacted by our support team. Disciplinary action may include restriction of site features and up to a full account suspension.
Code of Conduct Update
Currently, the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct prohibits models from sharing account information with anyone. This includes information that may be used to access your account.
Starting on November 21, 2025, the Code of Conduct will be amended to clarify our position on unauthorized access of your SextPanther account. The following text will be added under Forbidden Conduct:
Allowing a third-party account manager (a “chatter”) to engage with users.
Using AI or bots to engage with users.
The Context
Fans come to SextPanther for human connection and authenticity. Just as we stated in our position on AI-generated content, genuine engagement with real models is a foundational tenet of the site. Chatters (and the like) go directly against this core principle.
For fans, the allure of SextPanther is that they are able to create a one-on-one connection with their favorite porn stars, cam models, fetish models, and content creators. If fans unknowingly engage with a chatter or account manager instead of the model they believe they’re talking to, they are being misled at best and at worst, scammed.
More often than not, chatters and account managers cause poor user experiences. Chatters engender distrust with the individual model and the site as a whole, which may push users to leave the site or request refunds for poor experiences.
The Bottom Line
We expect model accounts to be operated by the person approved during the application process. We advise that you ensure your account is in compliance as soon as possible. Should we find evidence that a chatter or account manager is handling user engagement on your model account, your account risks disciplinary action.
